BDIX কি ? ? WHAT IS BDIX ??
BDIX (Bangladesh Internet Exchange) is the first internet exchange point (IXP) in Bangladesh. It is a non-profit organization that connects all the local internet service providers (ISPs) and content providers in the country to exchange internet traffic locally, rather than routing it through international gateways.
An IXP is a physical infrastructure that allows different networks to connect and exchange internet traffic directly with each other. By connecting to BDIX, ISPs and content providers can reduce the latency and increase the speed of internet traffic between their networks. This can lead to a more efficient and cost-effective internet service for end-users.
BDIX also provides a platform for local content providers to host their content within the country, reducing the need to rely on international content delivery networks (CDNs) and improving the accessibility of local content.
BDIX was established in 2002, it is a neutral, not-for-profit organization, governed by its members, who are primarily ISPs and other organizations that provide internet services in Bangladesh. The main goal of BDIX is to promote internet usage and development in Bangladesh, by providing a cost-effective and efficient internet infrastructure for local internet providers, content providers, and internet users.
It’s also worth to mention that BDIX is not only an internet exchange point but also provides other services like cloud services, internet transit, colocation, and others to the members.
BDIX এর পূর্ণরূপ হলো Bangladesh Internet Service Exchange. BDIX হলো এক ধরনের ভার্চুয়াল নেটওয়ার্ক তৈরি করে যার মাধ্যমে আপনি খুব সহজেই সার্ভার থেকে যে কোন ফাইল দ্রুত সময়ের মাধ্যমে ডাউনলোড করতে পারেন।
আপনার ইন্টারনেট স্পীড যেমনই হোক না কেন তার চেয়ে অনেক বেশী স্পীড পাবেন BDIX Connected সাইটগুলোতে, যদি আপনার ইন্টারনেট প্রোভাইডার BDIX এর সাথে সংযুক্ত থাকে।
আমাদের দেশে অনেক ইন্টারনেট প্রোভাইডারই আছে যাদের মুভি ও লাইভ টিভি সার্ভার BDIX এর সাথে Connected. সুতরাং আপনি খুব সহজেই তাদের সাইট থেকে দ্রুত গতির সাথে মুভি বা প্রয়োজনীয় ফাইল ডাউনলোড করতে পারবেন। ধরুন আপনার ইন্টারনেট স্পীড ৫ এম. বি, কিন্তু আপনার BDIX স্পীড যদি ৫০ এম বি হয় তাহলে আপনি Average এ 5 MBPS গতিতে ফাইল নামাতে পারবেন, যা আপনার জন্য বেশ সুবিধাজনক।
কিভাবে খুঁজে পাবেন এই BDIX সার্ভার ?
